• Can I come sell my phones in person?

» Yes, you can come by our office at 15508 Bratton Ln, Austin, TX 78728 Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm, CST.

• What electronic devices do you buy?

» We currently accept cell phones, tablets and digital cameras. Search our growing database to see everything we buy.

• Can I send in my phones through FedEx?

» Yes, you can send in your phones to us with your FedEx or our FedEx account. Just send us an email or call us to set this up.

• How long does it take to get paid?

» Checks take about 2-3 weeks

» PayPal and netSpend payments are sent 24-48 hours after we process your devices

• What happens if you disagree with the condition I select for my item?

» If in any way the device sent to us doesn't match what you selected online as the condition, then our offer may decrease. If this happens we will email you with our reasons and the new offer price. You can chose to agree and accept or disagree and we will send the device back to you.
