Terms & Conditions
The terms and conditions below are an agreement between Technollo and you. Please read them. They apply to the terms of payment and submission of your electronic device (s).
Requirements for use.
You must be (and, by requesting, receiving or using Technollo™ or other Technollo™ materials, sending Technollo any mobile device, whether using any materials provided by Technollo or otherwise (individually, an "Item", and collectively, "Items"), you represent and warrant that you are:
(i) At least eighteen (18) years of age;
(ii) The actual legal owner of any and all Items sold or attempted to be sold to Technollo or specifically authorized in writing to sell the Items to Technollo;
(iii) Unless specifically authorized in writing, acting on your own behalf and not as the agent or representative of another person; and
(iv) Intending and agreeing to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.
Technollo may request documentation or other proof of compliance with any of these requirements.

2. NON-AFFILITATION WITH COMPANIES MENTIONED:
Technollo is not endorsed, sponsored or affiliated with any of the companies, brands or trademarks mentioned on our website.
All personal information sent to Technollo via electronic mail, phone orders or social media like email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, names and paypal emails will not be shared with any other companies. Your information is only for our own internal use. We do not share or sell your information to anyone.
4. Price Changes:
We change an offer price when customers send in an incorrectly marked device. For example, if you say you want to sell an iPhone 4 16gb and send in a BlackBerry 8530 then we will change the original offer price and notify you. The price may also change if the condition of the phone is different than in the original order. For example if you mark the phone as perfect and it is broken then we will lower our offer and notify you.
5. More Price Changes:
Please be as accurate as possible when describing the devices you are selling. Our techs are very good at fixing, repairing, refurbishing and taking apart most mobile devices. If we determine a phone has water damage on the inside or on the battery we will adjust the price accordingly and notify you. If your device is still tied to an account and cannot be reactivated then our offer price for that phone may be lowered. This applies to Sprint and Verizon phones only.
6. Passwords and Personal Information:
Please try to erase all the data from your devices before sending them in. We guarantee we will remove all data from your device once we receive them but it really helps us out if you can do your part to erase data. If we cannot erase all data we will notify you and return the device back to you. Once data is erased it cannot be recovered so if you have pictures or important phone numbers save them on another device before sending them in. Please remove any SIM cards also as these may contain sensitive information and we do not need them.
7. Payment Terms:
We offer payment in the form of a check, netSpend or a PayPal electronic payment.
1. Checks - Checks are mailed out daily. If your package was received and approved then your check will be processed and mailed to
you within 1-2 weeks.
2. PayPal and netSpend - Electronic payments are sent 24-48 hours after your device is received and tested.
8. Abuse of system:
Please only place an order if you are going to sell us the device. Orders placed for the sake of abusing our shipping services or to waste our time will be recycled and the users will be blocked from our system and will not be able to place future orders.
9. Stolen Items:
We do not buy stolen goods.
10. Duration of offer:
We offer fair prices for a maximum of 30 days. This is because as markets change and new devices come out the price for older models drops. Please keep this in mind when selling us your devices.
11. Legal Disputes:
In the case you are not satisfied with our service or need to proceed with legal action we will deal with it through BBB arbitration without an attorney.
